Know your mentor
If 10 years ago someone had told me I would end up leading a training for CTOs, managing distributed teams of more than 60 engineers, mentoring top-notch professionals or organizing events, I had never imagined.
I started as a CTO in 2013. I left my company, Coca Cola, to pursue my dream of leading tech teams. The first startups I founded didn’t go very far. I didn’t know what I was doing and didn’t know where to seek help, so I worked endless hours to learn everything before applying it. Disappointing results, and the pressure of risking my own business with every decision, was affecting my health, my relationships and my performance. In 2016 I relied on professional mentors and coaches, started to develop new habits, and invested in improving my soft skills.
Results have been incredible since then. My professional growth, and my work outcomes exploded. But the best thing have been to achieve the lifestyle I was dreaming of: being a remote CTO, earning more, and enjoying more free time. Now I decide how I work and with whom. And everything thanks to having the right guidance.
In this free training I want to tell you how I did it, and become your guide, so you can also be a great leader in tech.
